I've been a baker my whole life. My parents owned a bakery as well. I am delighted to find the whole cake decorating trend on TV and love to watch Ace of Cakes.

I live with my dog, Chili in a condo. I've been renovating it lately which is a lot of work. I use the internet to wind down from both work at the shop, and work at the home.
